Recipient cannot open link, sees wrong revision, or link was revoked.

When to use this

Use when crew reports the share URL fails on show day.

Common causes

Link truncated in email or chat — copy full URL from Share dialog again.
Share was revoked or regenerated — old URL invalid; send new link.
Free account second share attempt — only one active diagram share on Free.
Project deleted — share stops working.

Wrong content

Recipient cached old page — hard refresh or open incognito.
You saved after sending — tell them to refresh; or send PDF snapshot if frozen rev required.

Presentation mode

Clean/presentation mode hides detail on rack shares — switch mode and re-share if crew needs full patch view.
