Missing project or diagram

When a project does not appear on the dashboard or opens the wrong file.

When to use this

Use when you cannot find work you know you saved.

Check account

Confirm you are signed into the same email used to create the project.
Sign out and back in if session looks stale.

Check project type

Diagrams, racks, and walls appear in their respective dashboard sections — not always one combined list.

Save as New confusion

Update saves to same project; Save as New creates a copy — you may be opening the original while edits went to the duplicate.

View-only vs missing

Locked diagrams still appear on dashboard with view-only badge — not deleted.

If truly missing

Contact hello@wireflow.live with account email, approximate project name, and last save date. WireFlow retains data for active accounts but cannot recover unsaved browser-only work.
