When to use this

Use when sending docs to freelancers, venue techs, client AV liaisons, or producers.

Share vs export

Share link — live view-only URL; updates when you save (recipients refresh).
Export — snapshot PNG/PDF at a point in time; good for binders and email attachments.
Use both: link for current rev, PDF for offline venue backup.

Free vs Pro sharing

Free accounts can maintain 1 active shared diagram link. Pro allows unlimited share links across diagrams, racks, walls, and wiring plans.

Team sharing

Team workspace adds shared projects and role-based access (some features in early access). Tech role may be view-only with notes on team projects.
