Share tracking and revoking links

When to use this

Use when you need to know if venue opened the link, or after strike to shut access.

WireFlow records view counts and last viewed timestamps on shared diagrams, racks, walls, and wiring plans.

Check share settings in the project to see if recipients have opened the doc.

Disable or regenerate share link after the install — especially for client-confidential layouts.
Old URLs stop working after revocation — send new link if doc stays active for next leg.

Share links are unlisted but not secret — anyone with the URL can view. Do not post publicly; treat like an unlisted Google Doc.
