Use before sending rack drawings to a client vs raw crew documentation.

Presentation mode hides cable labels and endpoint clutter on the canvas and on share links — better for client-facing elevations.
Switch back to full detail for shop build and bench testing.
Exports
- Export PNG or PDF for print — include project name and revision in filename.
- Verify front/rear selection matches what installers need on site.
Share links
Share view-only rack links with venue install teams — they see current revision without editing.
View counts update when recipients open links (see Share tracking).
