When to use this

Use when you need a equipment manifest pulled from the same devices on your signal-flow diagram.

Gear lists aggregate devices from a diagram into a structured list — names, categories, and counts — for quoting, truck pack, or client approval.

Creating gear lists from diagrams is a Pro feature available from the diagram editor and dashboard gear list tab.

Build diagram with real device instances named for the show.
Header → Export → Send to gear list when diagram is stable (or create from dashboard Gear List tab).
Review generated list — merge duplicates, adjust quantities, add non-diagram items manually if needed.
Export or include in tech pack PDF when sending to client.

Sync gear list after diagram rev — stale lists cause wrong case prep.
