T-2 weeks — draft diagram and wall/rack layouts from quote
T-1 week — port-level connections complete; internal review
T-3 days — wiring plan export; share link to department heads
T-1 day — freeze rev; print rack pages and critical path schedules
Load-in — as-built notes only for changes; re-share if rev bumps
