AV & Live Event Preproduction Platform
Plan the show before show day.
Drag in your gear, wire it port to port, and WireFlow blocks the wrong cable before your crew plugs it in — then exports the diagrams, racks, LED maps, and cable schedules your show runs on.
Draw the rig once. WireFlow catches mistakes before load-in.
- Blocks incompatible connections
- Validates cable types
- Tracks signal paths
- Keeps crews working from one source of truth
Describe the show. Claude builds it in WireFlow.
WireFlow's REST API and remote MCP server hand Claude a full tool set for your real diagrams — read a rig, wire a device, lint the signal path, pull the cable schedule, size an LED wall. What comes back opens in the editor like you drew it yourself.
Not a demo — we have built and delivered two live shows through it ourselves.
- A full tool set, one personal API key
- Reads and writes your real show files, not a sandbox copy
- Every save captures a restorable revision first
- A concurrent edit is rejected, never silently overwritten
Included with every paid plan. Connect from Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or a claude.ai custom connector using a key you create in Settings.

Questions crews ask before they start
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan gives you three editable diagrams, the device library, and a shared link with no card required. The 7-day Pro trial is opt-in — you only add a card when you choose to start it.
- What happens to my diagrams if I cancel Pro?
- You keep your account and your diagrams. They stay viewable and editable within the free plan limits, and anything you have already exported — PDFs, PNGs, cable schedules — is yours to keep forever. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends.
- Can my crew open a diagram without an account?
- Yes. Read-only share links open in any browser with no login, so freelancers and venue techs always see the latest plan. Free includes one active share link; Pro unlocks unlimited links plus full PDF tech packs.
- Is the free tier watermarked?
- Free PNG exports carry a small WireFlow mark. Pro removes it — PDF tech packs, pixel maps, and rack docs export clean with no watermark, ready to send to a client or crew.
- What does "founder pricing" actually mean?
- Pro is $5/month for founding members and stays $5 for as long as your subscription stays active. The regular list price is $14.99/month — start now and you keep the founder rate.
- Can I export everything and walk away?
- Yes. WireFlow is not a lock-in. PDF tech packs, PNG diagrams, and CSV cable schedules and bills of materials all export to standard files you own. Your show documentation is never trapped inside the app.
- Does it work on an iPad at front-of-house?
- Yes. Your work autosaves to the cloud across desktop, iPad, and mobile, so the plan you built at the shop is the plan on the tablet at load-in. Pro adds a dark canvas for working in a dark venue.
- Can Claude or my own scripts build diagrams for me?
- Yes. Every paid plan includes a personal API key for the WireFlow REST API and remote MCP server, which gives Claude a full tool set to list, read, build, and edit your real diagrams from Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or a claude.ai custom connector. Every save through the API captures a restorable revision first, and a concurrent edit is rejected rather than silently overwritten. Free accounts see an upgrade option instead.
- How is this different from Lucidchart, Visio, or Draw.io?
- Those tools draw boxes that do not know what they represent. WireFlow knows your gear: it blocks an HDMI output from landing on an SDI input, keeps Dante on network ports, and turns the same diagram into cable schedules, rack elevations, and LED wall maps that generic tools cannot produce.
